"As the State Tourism Agency (STA), we write various concepts about the city of Shusha and Karabakh in general," said STA chairman Fuad Nagiyev.
According to him, these concepts were submitted to the Azerbaijani President: "We will provide information on these documents in the near future."
Azerbaijan plans to spend USD 1.3 billion to build three airports in Nagorno-Karabakh. The airports are planned to be built in Fizuli, Lachin, and Zangilan.
''All of them will be international airports and will allow both foreigners and locals to travel unimpeded to the city of Shusha. The Fizuli Airport is expected to start functioning this autumn," Ilham Aliyev said.
Foreign investors stand ready to start a business in Karabakh. Mainly investors from Turkey, Russia, Pakistan, Hungary, and Kazakhstan show a willingness to invest here.
