Real Estate Portal called property Georgia works for international visitors and local developers interested in foreign markets. It now directed its attention to Kazakhs' investments in the Georgian real estate market. The organization says, citing Ambassador of Kazakhstan in Georgia Giorgi Jakhutashvili, that real estate bears fewer risks than other sectors and, consequently, it has always enjoyed high popularity from investors.
In Jakutashvili's words, Kazakhs mostly make investments in small and medium-sized businesses.
"Large investments in traditional immovable property, apartment construction activities, commercial centers, business centers, and so on are carried out rarely in Georgia. Investors want stable earnings, which is why they are most interested in small and medium-sized real estate: flats, apartments, boutique hotels, which they buy and operate independently. By doing so, they have a real sense of private ownership, which is a remnant of the post-Soviet era," Ambassador Giorgi Jakhutashvili declared.
