The Certification System for Primary Production of Dairy Products has been implemented in Georgia.
The Georgian Farmers' Association has created the GeoGap Standard within the framework of the project called Safety and Quality Investment in Livestock.
Representatives of the government, businesses, dairy sector farms, certification bodies, and others were present at the event.
The Geograph standard was created in 2019. The dairy sector was included in the standard today, enabling farmers to verify the quality and harmlessness of milk products.
