“In case of unfulfillment of intermediate obligations the Government of Georgia has the right to terminate the investment agreement with Anaklia Development Consortium”, Maia Tskitishvili, the Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Regional Development and Infrastructure said.
At the briefing Tskitishvili spoke about the Consortium's commitments and noted that the Government would wait for the Consortium till the end of the day.
Today expires the deadline for submitting a mandatory document of Anaklia Development Consortium to the Government. The document must confirm the fulfillment of investors capital.
