The Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development of Georgia Irakli Karseladze presented the 10-year plan of the Ministry.
He said GEL 32 billion would be spent on economic and infrastructural development.
"Our main goal is the sustainable economic and infrastructural development of the regions of Georgia and the improvement of the living standards of the population. To achieve this, GEL 32 billion will be invested over the next ten years. It will complete the construction of all highways. Travel time from Red Bridge to Sarpi will be halved. The population on the entire territory of Georgia will have a standard water supply. All existing landfills in the country will be replaced with new, modern European centers.
Self-government will be strengthened, and regions will be developed," Irakli Karseladze said.
