OPEC + countries could not agree on oil production in February. The 6-hour talks yesterday turned out to be in vain and will continue today. The meeting will start at 18:30 by Baku time.
All member countries except Russia and Kazakhstan oppose an increase in oil production by 0.5 million barrels (per day) in February. Except for these two countries, all support reducing the current limit of oil production in February to 7.2 million barrels per day.
No intermediate options are considered.
