SOCAR Georgia Gas will supply gas to the village of Vakhtangisi; the Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission informed report.ge.
According to them, the license for natural gas distribution issued in Arzu-Gas Ltd's name was revoked.
"The basis for this is the relevant request of the director of Arzu Gas Ltd. The company operated in the village of Vakhtangisi, Gardabani municipality. SOCAR Georgia Gas Ltd will provide natural gas distribution in the village of Vakhtangisi," Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission explained to report.ge.
SOCAR Georgia Gas serves more than 715,000 customers. The company does not plan to gasify the new settlements at this point. A year ago, SOCAR Georgia Gas expanded its pipeline network in Georgia. According to the government decree, it will purchase pipelines located in Dedoplistskaro, Martvili, Khashuri, Chokhatauri, and Zugdidi districts. SOCAR Georgia Gas will pay GEL 6,154,370 in real estate transferred to the company in the form of direct sales. SOCAR Georgia Gas should start paying the fee from 2027. The final repayment date is December 31, 2036.
