As SOCAR Georgia Petroleum Director Levan Giorgadze says, the SOCAR company is satisfied with the agro-diesel program.
In his words, many farmers have already bought agro-diesel with discounts as part of the successful program.
''The program is successfully underway,'' Giorgadze says.
As of September 11, more than 118,8000 beneficiaries received the agro-diesel discount cards as part of the support program.
The farmers that have already used the discount cards enjoyed a 3,900,000-GEL discount in total.
Agriculture Minister Levan Davitashvili says that SOCAR presented the best conditions in the contest announced by the ministry, and the agency allowed it to engage in the program.
