Head of the Economic Department of Tbilisi City Hall Andria Basilaia says that Tbilisi City Hall will present another investment project to the business sector.
As Basilaia says, the new project will be similar to the 'Radio Kalaki' one but details have not been publicized yet.
'The investment projects that have been created remain active. Currently we are in collaboration with the Property Management Department to find the right land plot and sell it on the auction,' he said.
To note, Tbilisi City Hall only sold the Radio Kalaki project only that was purchased by the Adjara Group.
Basilaia says the Tbilisi City Tower restoration project is ready, as well as the underground parking one but the business sector refrains from investing yet.
