As the National Statistics Office reports, an average monthly salary increased in the third quarter of 2019 and reached 1 217.1 GEL.
As reported by the agency it has increased with 91.6 GEL than it was in the same period of 2018.
The average monthly salary in non-commercial and financial sector has increased with 22.5 GEL and reached 1 042.0 GEL.
The employees of the financial and insurance fields as well as public governance and self-defense fields have higher salary.
The hired employees’ average salary has increased in the third quarter of 2019 and hit 1 316.2 GEL.
It has reported increased with 129.5 GEL.
According to the types of the work the highest salaries are detected in vocational, scientific and technical activities (2 191.9 GEL, annual growth 0.3 %) and construction (2 023.5 GEL, annual growth 16.6%).
