In January-July of 2021, 22 635 billion cubic meters of gas were transported through the main gas pipelines of Azerbaijan.
According to the State Statistics Committee of Azerbaijan, this is 14.1% more than in the corresponding period of 2020.
49.5% of the total volume of gas transported through the main gas pipelines comes from the Baku-Tbilisi-Erzurum pipeline (South Caucasus gas pipeline).
During the reporting period, 11.194 billion cubic meters of gas was transported through this pipeline, which is 40.5% more than in the same period last year.
