In January-July 2020, the vehicles imported to Azerbaijan for different purposes totaled 27,792.
As Azerbaijani State Customs Committee reports, the figure has increased by 4,818 or 21% compared to the same period in 2019.
Imports of motor vehicles for ten or more people, including drivers, decreased by 38 or 27.3% in 7 months and totaled 101.
In the reporting period, the import indicator for passenger cars and other vehicles for people's transportation increased by 5,199 or 25% and hit 25,999.
Imports of lorries decreased by 328 or 16.9% and totaled 1,615 units, while imports of motor vehicles for particular purposes - by 15 or 16.3% - equaling 77.
