President of Georgia's Chamber of Trade and Industry, Giorgi Pertaia visited the United Arab Emirates and met with foreign partners and business officials with Georgian Ambassador Paata Kalandadze.
Pertaia called on the Georgian exporters to discuss the UAE market and added that the Chamber will help them find partners.
According to him, the countries should deepen cooperation, hold joint business forums, and establish direct contacts.
''We should use the UAE market and develop more and more exports. We had no embassy in this country for a long time, but now we have it and ambassador as well… It is of utmost significance for the export diversification,'' Pertaia said, adding that Georgia and UAE will launch a new phase of collaboration.
President of the Georgian Chamber of Trade and Industry and Secretary-General of the UAE Federation of Trade and Industry Chambers signed a deal on collaboration.
