A new platform is being created for wine-lovers and wine-makers, a tourist zone known as Wine Village. The project is implemented by Company 7S. The project will be implemented in Kakheti, Kvareli and its cost will be GEL 76,000. The company will offer people interested in wine-making a place specially designed for growing vineyards in Kvareli.
According to Giorgi Begadze, the adviser of Company 7S, construction will start in spring 2020. On the territory, 20 cottages will be set up this year and their number may increase to 50. The business is planning to regain the spent money in several years. Project value $ 76,000 includes home value, cellar, vineyard, land and necessary infrastructure for production.
"The goal of the project is that everyone in Kakheti should have a house where they can create their own wine. Although the busines creates the desired concept, we have our own conditions. The people who will join the project should have a vineyard of 400 square meters with Saperavi, Rkatsiteli or other grape varieties”, Giorgi Begadze said.
