The showroom recommenced the provision of services on 2 February 2020 and started promoting Azerbaijan as a tourist destination. They are also actively working on Georgia-Azerbaijan combined tour packages.
''We abide by all regulations recommended by the Ministry of Health. We have not introduced any changes to the destination. We are still popularizing Azerbaijan as a tourist destination and are actively working on Georgia-Azerbaijan combined tour packages. In online forums and the showroom, we actively advertise the combined tour packages. I think that as soon as the pandemic restrictions are eased, both countries will recommence cooperation and attraction of tourists,'' Azerbaijani showroom in Tbilisi told Report News Agency.
Last year, Georgia and Azerbaijan planned to create joint tour packages for the representatives of the third countries; however, coronavirus frustrated their plans for an indefinite period of time.
