Zviad Chumburidze, Secretary-General of the EU-Georgia Business Council, has responded to the letter released by the US congressmen on Georgia.
''First, we, especially the government of Georgia, should listen to them'' he said.
Chumburidze calls on the government to take the congressmen's recommendations into account.
''If we want to become a part of Europe, we should take all pieces of advice into account. Naturally, we should have our viewpoint, but their attitude is significant as well,'' he says, adding that earlier, he worked in the Foreign Ministry for 25 years but cannot remember such a period.
''We should make serious conclusions. It is of utmost importance if Georgia focuses on the issues highlighted by the Congressmen,'' he said.
