The Gori City Court has discussed a young woman's lawsuit against her brother, who, reportedly, called her trash before her children and squeezed her hand.
The court requested that the potential victim present a psychological opinion proving that she sustained psychological trauma after being called trash, but she failed to do so, and his brother was declared not guilty on this count. However, the man was found guilty of squeezing his sister's hand and given a 2-year suspended sentence.
