Three individuals, including an Australian, detained over illegal production and distribution of pornographic materials portraying minors, are being tried at the Tbilisi City Court.
The defendants' lawyer claims that evidence obtained by the Prosecutor's Office is not strong enough to find the defendants guilty. However, the prosecutor alleges that the likelihood of the defendants committing the crime is high.
A total of 24 people have been apprehended over illegal production and distribution of child pornography. Twenty-three children aged 8 to 14 prove to be victims.
