Tbilisi City Court has upheld all preventive measures against Georgian opposition member Nika Melia.
The Judge has not accepted the mediation by Melia’s lawyers and all preventive measures including the one that envisages Nika Mealia to wear an electronic monitoring bracelet.
Judge Giorgi Keratishvili said the risks remained the same as during the first trial of Nika Melia.
Nika Melia was charged with violence during the June 20-21 Tbilisi events.
Melia was exiled from the courtroom by the Judge as he caused noise during the trial.
