Tbilisi City Court rejected the request of Deacon Giorgi Mamaladze to postpone the sentence.
The hearing took place at the Medical Establishment N 18 for inmates and defendants. Judge Lili Mskhiladze considered Mamaladze's health condition satisfactory.
The judge did not accept the defense's motion to delay the proceedings.
