The defendant was sentenced to 9 years in prison for attempted murder and robbery. The investigation confirmed that a dispute occurred between I.A. and the salesman E.J. at a grocery store on Chitaia Street in Tbilisi on June 14, 2018.
The salesman called security, who tried to defuse the tension and asked I.A. to stop aggression, but instead he stabbed the employee in the chest two times with knife and fled the scene.
The same individual robbed three stores in Tbilisi.
