The Rustavi City Court fully accepted the evidence presented by the Prosecutor's Office and found A.I. accused of premeditated murder guilty.
The investigation revealed that on June 23, 2019, the son-in-law of A.I., B.N., who was drunk, verbally and physically assaulted M.I., his wife.
A.I. stabbed B.N. in the abdomen with a knife to take revenge on him. The wound killed B.N.
Law enforcers arrested A.I. on June 24, 2019, in Rustavi.
The court sentenced A.I. to 13 years in prison.
