Law enforcement officers have detained four rally participants after clashes occurred at the rally site outside №2 Vake District Election Commission. Zviad Kuprava, the head of the Law Enforcement Reform Center, is among detainees, who are now facing petty hooliganism and police disobedience charges.
Rallies are underway across the country outside district election commissions, with rally participants stressing that the recent elections have been rigged and a recount must be conducted.
