The Tbilisi City Court has imposed GEL 5,000 bail on Georgian Dream deputies, Tamar Shurgaia, Alexandre Khujadze and Avtandil Tsintsadze, who were accused of subjecting National Movement member Levan Khabeishvili to violence. 

The judge approved the prosecutor's motion for setting the bail at GEL 5,000.

On 24 January, charges were also pressed on Levan Khabeishvili after an incident occurred in the Tbilisi City Assembly Hall, which involved violence against Deputy Head of the Assembly Irakli Zakrua,

At the joint session of the Commission on Sport, Education, and Auditing, a verbal altercation morphed into a physical conflict during which Khabeishvili was physically abused. The National Movement member sustained injuries to his head.
