A substantive hearing of Mamuka Khazaradze and Badri Japaridze case, founders of TBC Bank, is being held at Tbilisi City Court.
According to Giorgi Mikava, the prosecutor of the case, the two sides will be given an introductory speech. The prosecution will also review all the important evidence, which will restore the true picture and circumstances of the crime.
"The prosecution is going to investigate a number of evidences, to prove that the defendants for the sake of their own profit took $ 16 664,000 form the bank and legalized the illicit income", the prosecutor said.
