"Why overthrowing Bidzina Ivanishvili does not mean toppling the government, this is what they made me explain at the trial, and for this I feel ashamed," Nika Gvaramia told journalists after leaving the City Court.

Gvaramia says that he is unable to disclose questioning related details since the case involves classified information; however, he considers that declaring the case as classified is unconstitutional and preposterous.

As per Gvaramia, at the trial, he required recusal of the judge.

"I put forward the issue of recusal of the judge, more precisely, I called upon him to recuse himself," Gvaramia declared.

Following the questioning, prosecutor Elizbar Gozalishvili said that Nika Gvaramia went to court to give evidence as a witness since he holds some information on certain factual circumstances.

Nika Gvaramia himself claims that he is being questioned about his Facebook post.

Director General of the Mtavari Arkhi TV Channel was summoned to the State Security Service of Georgia, but he refused to comply with the request and said that he would have testified before the magistrate judge.
