Director General of the Mtavari Arkhi TV Channel Nika Gvaramia will give his testimony before a magistrate judge about a case involving classified information.
"Today, Nika Gvaramia will be questioned before a magistrate judge at the Tbilisi City Court. He will be called to court as a witness on the basis of the motion by the Prosecutor's Office, with the questioning being carried out by the State Security Service investigator. Nika Gvaramia will be questioned about a case involving classified information and, correspondingly, I cannot expand on the case details now," Elizbar Gozalishvili declared.
Nika Gvaramia himself claims that he is to be questioned about his Facebook post.
Gvaramia was summoned to the State Security Service of Georgia, but he refused to comply with the request and said that he would have testified before the magistrate judge.
