Two company executives arrested for producing and selling false tax documents.
“The investigation revealed that the defendants, in one case, filed a false tax invoice and cash register receipts allegedly for the construction works costing GEL 226 456, while in the other, the defendant produced and sold scrap metal for GEL 120,000,” the Investigation Service stated.
The investigation is in progress under Article 210, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
The crime is punishable by imprisonment for the term of 2 to 4 years.
