One person was arrested for counterfeiting a large amount of money. Report.ge was informed by the Investigation Service.
According to the agency, the investigation established that the defendant forged $ 5,000, 50 units of counterfeit $ 100 bills to obtain illegal material gain.
The investigation is underway under the second part of Article 212 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, which envisages imprisonment for a term of 7 to 10 years.
