A judge decided to leave in custody a grandfather in connection with a case of a 14-year-old girl.
The defense offered GEL 10 000 bails as a measure of restraint to the court, which the judge did not consider. According to him, the motion of the prosecutor's office was granted because there is a danger of destruction of evidence and hiding by the accused.
