Mikheil Kalandia, convicted of premeditated group murder, was found guilty by the Court of Appeals, which supported the Tbilisi City Court's verdict.
Mikheil Kalandia was sentenced to 11 years and three months in prison. The appeal got considered by the panel of judges for almost three months. Today the decision was announced by the Chamber.
Kalandia got arrested on June 4, 2019, on charges of the premeditated murder of Davit Saralidze by group, committed under the aggravating circumstances.
