Twenty-three-year-old Tamar Bachaliashvili's family, together with lawyers, will arrive at the Prosecutor's Office to introduce themselves to the opinions on the case.

Lawyer Mikheil Ramishvili told report.ge that the Prosecutor's Office may declare the case solved by concluding that the victim was driven to take her own life.

In the lawyer's words, The forensic experts' opinion is biased and based on groundless testimonies.

"Elections have been held already. The investigation has been ostensibly underway so far. There is no evidence in the case. It has been confirmed that the child did not buy those drugs; neither did her family members. However, no one is asking how they turned up there. They are not investigating anything," Ramishvili said.

Deceased Bachaliashvili's family will arrive at the Prosecutor's Office at 5 p.m. tomorrow.

Tamar Bachaliashvili, 23, who disappeared from Ponichala, was found dead on 22 July, four days from after her disappearance in the Tetritskaro municipality.

The investigation of the case has been in progress under the article envisaging the crime of driving to suicide.

On 18 September, at the briefing of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Georgia, drug intoxication was defined as the cause of the victim's death.

The family refuses to believe investigators and claims that the young woman was murdered.
