"The resumption of Nika Gvaramia's trial during the pandemic indicates political persecution against him," Dimitri Sadzaglishvili, the human rights activist of the General Director of the Mtavari Arkhi, Nika Gvaramia, stated.
"All cases in which a time limit does not bind the court, and the decision does not concern a term of imprisonment, has been postponed because of the pandemic, but it does not concern the trial of Nika Gvaramia," Sadzaglishvili said.
The technical session of the trial of Nika Gvaramia, the General Director of Mtavari Arkhi, is scheduled today.
