Levan Khabeishvili, a member of the United National Movement, was charged in connection with the incident at the Tbilisi City Assembly.
Prosecutor's Office charges Khabeishvili with violence against Irakli Zarkua, the Deputy Chairperson of Tbilisi City Assembly, on January 24.
Prosecutor's Office also charged three members of the Tbilisi City Assembly with physical violence against Levan Khabeishvili, regarding the January 24 incident.
