Shalva Shalikashvili detained over a murder committed near the Service Agency of MIA in the Poti municipality has reportedly been charged with premeditated murder under Article 108.
Shalikashvili's lawyer Nugzar Tkebuchava says that his client refuses to plead guilty and denies any connection with Guram Akhalaia's murder.
