The officers of Kakheti Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, as a result of investigative and operative measures carried out on the hot trail, detained T.B., born in 1996 on the fact of murder in the village of Pshaveli. "The investigation revealed that T.B., due to a disagreement in the past, shot Z.B., born in 1982, who was in an unregistered marriage with his sister, from a hunting rifle.
Law enforcers arrested T.B. Shortly after the crime, in the village of Pshaveli. The weapon of the crime - a hunting rifle - was seized as evidence.
The fact of premeditated murder is being investigated under Article 108 of the Criminal Code of Georgia.
The crime envisages imprisonment for a term of 7 to 15 years," reads the statement.
