Bachaliashvili's family has recently staged a rally outside the U.S. Embassy, with their key demand being to involve the FBI in the late young woman's case.
Tamar Bachaliashvili, 23, was found dead in her car in the village of Tetritskharo on 22 July. The Central Criminal Police Department is looking into the case.
