"We have certain motions, which are quite voluminous and debatable. I did not expect today that due to his health condition for so many hours, Mikheil Saakashvili would have the opportunity to take part in the process and make such a speech in front of the public. If it is not critically important today, we should postpone the process, if it is important, we should continue, and we are ready to submit motions," Beka Basilaia addressed the panel of judges.
As for the question of the panel of judges regarding the motions, Saakashvili said before leaving the courtroom that he would agree with the position of the lawyers.
