New details have been reported on a man accused of sexual violence against a minor but was released by the Gurjaani City Court.
The six-year-old girl, the 60-year-old man allegedly tried to rape, says the following in her testimony:
''He took me to a room, made me lay on my aunt's bed, and took off the shorts and underwear. Afterward, he also got naked and laid over me. He threatened me if I would tell anybody he would have killed me. Then my cousin entered the room and seeing us, ran away. The man followed after him, and I told everything my mother,'' reads the testimony by the six-year-old girl.

Gurjaani City Court released the man who faced accusations of sexual violence against the minor in Lagodekhi.
The man is a relative of the girl's family.
