The Tbilisi Court of Appeals has subjected murdered Georgian footballer Giorgi Shakarashvili's case to review.
Lawyers submitted a motion for recusing prosecutors at today's session. The judge required corroborating evidence to approve the motion. This is the reason why today's court hearing was postponed.
Also, lawyers stressed that all convicts are adults, which is why the court must be open. The judge approved the motion.
The court trial is set to be resumed on 13 July.
The defendants' family members have staged the rally; they demand a fair trial.
