Officers of the Tbilisi Main Division of the Investigation Department detained one person for storing a particularly large amount of excisable goods without an excise stamp.
As a result of the search of the detainee's house, 4,728 boxes of excise-free cigarettes of MAC, MANCHESTER, FLOYD, DUBAO, and OSCAR with a total market value of GEL 20,803 were seized.
The offense is punishable by imprisonment for a term of 6 to 8 years.
