He is accused of intentionally causing serious damage to health, resulting in loss of life.

The investigation established that the accused shot Z.R., born in 1979, in the city of Gori on June 3 of 2021, and fled the scene. The wounded man died shortly after being taken to a medical facility.
As a result of a personal search by the police, a powder containing the drug and five white pills were seized.
