The General Prosecutor's Office of Georgia has submitted a motion to the Tbilisi City Court for releasing Levan Khabesishvili on bail bond.
"On 24 January, charges were pressed on Levan Khabeishvili, a member of the Tbilisi City Assembly, after an incident occurred in the Tbilisi City Assembly Hall, which involved violence against Deputy Head of the Assembly Irakli Zakrua," the statement by the Prosecutor's Office reads.
