Prosecutor Jarji Tsiklauri says that the former president of Georgia, Mikheil Saakashvili, has limited access to the phone.
According to the prosecutor, they have a legitimate reason and right to restrict Saakashvili's phone access. ''We are entitled to do so, and we are exercising our right as this is in the interests of justice,'' Jarji Tsiklauri declared.
A remand measure against Saakashvili has been revoked today. The trial is set to continue on 29 November.
