The Agency for Regulation of Medical and Pharmaceutical Activities revealed the facts of the sale of expired pharmaceutical products during the enterprises' inspection.
According to the agency, the enterprise also failed to present the quality certificate issued by the accredited laboratory for a part of the pharmaceutical product. In addition, the institution was selling a pharmaceutical product belonging to the first group in violation of the rules.
99,239 units of seven types of medicines of the pharmaceutical product in violation of the rules of production were confiscated. The relevant protocol was sent to the court requesting the confiscation of the pharmaceutical product.
