The persons charged the production and sale of minors’ pornography materials are sentenced to imprisonment. The decision is made by Tbilisi City Court Judge, Eka Kululashvili.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs detained 11 persons, including school teachers and parents of the children involved in the production and sale of children pornography.
The investigation according to Part 3 of Article 255, Part 2 “b” and Part 3 “g”, and Part 4 “a” of Article 143 is underway – illegal production and sale of materials containing children’s pornography and trafficking of two and more minors organized by a group of criminals. The crime implies 17-20-year of life imprisonment.
