"Employees of the Vake-Saburtalo Main Division of the Tbilisi Police Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as a result of operative and investigative actions, arrested T.K., born in 1989, convicted in the past of intentional grievous bodily harm, and A.M., born in 1986, on charges of not reporting crime," the Ministry of Internal Affairs spreads information.
According to the agency, the investigation established that on June 27 of this year, T.K. inflicted wounds with a cold weapon on a rope worker, G.F., born in 1987, and fled the scene with his friend - A.M.
Law enforcement officers arrested both of them, a few hours after the incident, on a hot pursuit.
Investigations are underway under Articles 117 and 376 of the Criminal Code, which provides for intentional grievous bodily harm and failure to report a crime.
