The Kutaisi Court of Appeals has concluded that construction activities by 'Ikorta 2007' Company in the Gelati Church area are illegal as the permit to do so has been issued unlawfully.
The court held that the International Art Center was not authorized to issue the permit for construction activities in the area, and both ''Ikorta 2007' and the Center must have been held accountable.
