Rusudan Gotsiridze is the first and only female bishop in Georgia and Eastern Europe.
She became Bishop of the Evangelical Baptist Church in 2008.
Rusudan says, she never thought about worship because she grew up in a conservative and patriarchal public and thought it was impossible.
She maintains God is one, and all people are different worldwide.
