Seventy-eight political parties applied to the Central Election Committee for registration, sixty-one of them were registered. The speaker of the CEC, Anna Mikeladze, provides this information.
“Some of the parties changed their mind to participate, others had drawbacks in presented documents, and they failed to bring the documents in compliance with the requirements,” – said Anna Mikeladze.
The registration of parties for the parliamentary elections has been completed.
